Nobody registers in the wrong category

Based on age, gender, and a license where one applies, the system offers each competitor only the categories and courses they belong in. Nobody ends up in the wrong one, and you never have to fix entries by hand.

Entries online and on site

A competitor can register once for a single race, or from an account, which lets them register for further events without filling in their details again.

Entry fees, discounts, and season passes

Set the price up front and you're done with it. The competitor always sees whichever one is currently in effect.

• Prices by date: you set which price applies from which date, and it switches over on its own at that moment.
• As many price tiers as you like for categories, add-ons, and season passes, with no manual switching.
• Coupon codes as a percentage or a fixed amount, set separately for each currency, with a validity period and a limited number of uses.
• Volume discounts based on the number of entries, and season passes for a whole race series.
• Add-ons to the order, such as apparel with a size and color choice or insurance, with a limit per entry and for the whole race.

Payments and currencies

The competitor pays the way that suits them, and you can see what has been paid without having to watch for it.

• Entry fees in any currency; the competitor picks their own when they pay.
• Assign your own payment method to each currency, such as a koruna account and a euro account.
• Automatic payment matching with Fio bank and Raiffeisenbank; the entry marks itself as paid.
• Card payment through Stripe, the Fio payment gateway, a plain bank transfer with any other bank, or payment on site.

Managing your entrants

Entrant data stays under control in one clear interface.

• Reports and exports of entrants by your own criteria, in Excel, JSON, and CSV.
• Bulk and individual emails, plus notes on competitors
• Bib generation, for teams too, one for each member

Entry statistics

In the console you see how entries are doing, so you decide by the numbers, not by eye.

• How many have entered and how much capacity is left
• Paid and unpaid entries, and the revenue collected
• How entries and revenue build over time, cumulatively and day by day
• A breakdown by course, category, and gender
• A comparison with previous editions, year by year

The captain registers the whole team

For a team category, you decide the smallest and largest number of people a team can have. The captain fills in the roster, and the system takes care of the rest.

• The smallest and largest number of members, set by your race rules.
• A team counts toward race capacity by its number of members, not as a single entry.
• A bib for every member, if you want them.
• The team appears in the start list and the results as a whole.

Registration in the competitor's language

A competitor can register in Czech, Slovak, Polish, English, German, or Hungarian. Their confirmation and every email after that arrives in the same language. Together with the entry fee in their own currency, you don't need to think about competitors from abroad as a special case.

The start list stays yours

Only the organizer changes the details on an entry; a competitor can't edit their own. They can cancel an entry they haven't paid for, which saves you the work of dealing with people who changed their mind before paying. Once it's paid, changes and cancellations go through you, and it's clear who made each one.

Registration without our timing

We offer the registration system on its own as well. Whether you time the race yourselves or someone else times it for you, entries, payments, and the start list work exactly the same. And if you want them, we will publish the results on sport:base too, whoever timed them. You pay for the registration only.
