Your race, from registration to final results.

Yes. We offer the registration on its own as well. Entries, payments, the start list, and reports all work the same whether we time the race for you or you time it yourselves. And if you want them, we will publish the results on sport:base too, whoever timed them. You pay for the registration only.

Yes. For a team category, you set the smallest and largest number of members, the captain fills in the roster, and each member can get their own bib. The team appears in the results and start list as a whole, and it counts toward race capacity by its number of members.

Yes. A competitor can register in Czech, Slovak, Polish, English, German, or Hungarian, and every email about their entry arrives in that same language.

Yes. You set which price applies from which date, and the system switches over on its own at that moment. You can have as many price tiers as you like, and they work the same way for categories, add-ons, and season passes. Nothing for you to watch or change by hand.

Yes. You set the entry fee in any currency, and the competitor picks theirs when they pay. You assign a payment method to each currency, so euros land in the euro account and koruny in the koruna one. Coupon codes work separately in each currency.

A competitor can't edit their entry details themselves; only you change those. They can cancel an entry they haven't paid for yet, so you don't have to deal with people who changed their mind at the last minute. Once payment arrives, both changes and cancellations go through you.

Yes. T-shirts, insurance, and other add-ons, each with variants that have their own options, photo, and price. You set a limit per entry and for the whole race on each one, and the competitor sees how many are left when they order.

We time races even where there's no outlet. We bring battery power to every race, whatever the venue. Where the location calls for it, we also bring a 3 kW or 6 kW generator, and we can lend you one for your event too.

We keep a backup at every layer. An IP camera films the finish area for the whole race, so we can fill in from the footage anything the timing missed. The whole timing setup runs offline, so losing signal does not stop us, and the timing app keeps sending a complete backup of the data off site, so even if the equipment at the finish were destroyed, we'd still have the results. And we also record the order by hand, not just at the finish but at the checkpoints along the course too. We do everything we can to make sure the results are right.

We'll build it. We develop the software and the timing hardware ourselves, so we can extend registration, results, or hardware with exactly what your race needs. That's how the photo gallery with search by bib came about, and our Checkpoint system too.

Yes, in several ways. You can download results and entrants in Excel, JSON, or CSV any time. We have a public API you can use to pull races and results straight into your own website, and for each access you decide what it can read and how long it's valid. And if you'd rather not get into programming, we'll set you up with a ready-made embed for your results that you simply drop into your site.

No. Registration, the start list, and results all run in the browser, on a phone just as on a computer. Nobody has to download an app for a single race.
